    Specs
    >Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
    >MSI p67 g43
    >G Skill 4 gb DDR3 (single stick)
    >Corsair 650w
    >ATI Radeon 5750

so my pc never starts and is stuck in a reboot loop. Ive done literally everything basic in trying to fix what might cause the reboot loop. however one time i left my pc in my car in cold weather. when i took it inside it started for about 20 min and acted wierd then i got the following BSOD error

Allow me to rephrase. It starts but goes into a reboot loop and never gets past post I think... I thought it was the psu as well but I've already used a friends psu to power my system and the same thing happened

    Well thanks for the clarification,
Unplug the computer and pull out the CMOS battery for a few minutes. Re-install the battery and try booting
