I was just going to delete a shortcut and my recycle bin disappeared off the desktop. I am running Windows Vista Ultimate, any ideas?

See HERE for the unedited version

    1.Right click the Vista Desktop

    2. Click on Personalize

    3. Select: 'Change desktop icons'

    4. At the Desktop Icon Settings, place a tick next to: 'Recycle Bin'.

    5. Now left click the full recycle bin icon and click change icon,

    6. Select the highlighted icon wich should be the full recycle bin icon.

    7. Do the same with the empty icon and change it back to the empty icon
which should be the highlighted icon.

    8. Apply
