Inactive Redirect virus and radio station playing through speakers when not on Internet?

I have no idea what in the world is going on but I was posting some etsy listings and now all of a sudden I have a hijack redirect virus and some MEVIO UNDERGROUND radio is playing on the speakers even when the browser isnt open.. ive downloaded the programs from the 5 steps here but I need help ive never done this and im very confused !!!!

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
