  1. So I wiped out this Windows XP Home Edition computer and reinstalled. During the installation process I deleted the existing partitions and had them redone. But now when I boot the computer it's saying that I have two installations of Windows XP Home Edition. How do I remove the old one?

Right click My Computer/Advanced/Start up and Recovery/Settings/Edit

    - Make a back up of the current boot ini

    - Remove the redundant OS - Not the default OS which is what you should be in.:haha:

    - Save

    Read carefully THIS
