Remove dog in his pen, what about a dog

I have been following preliminary removal instructions from Julio's post 12/1/07. I have gone through all the steps. The DSS and HJT logs are attached. When I ran AVG Antispyware I was not able to select "save report", and there are no reports available, although I did select to quarantine and removed some tracking cookies. The results of the Panda Antiroot scan was "no rootkits found".
What do I do next? I checked and doginhispen and whataboutadog are back in my trusted sites list.
