Res://C:\Windows\system32\shdoclc.dll/navcancl.htm Internet Explorer Issue

When I try to visit a webpage on IE or Chrome, It does not work. IE says res://C:\Windows\system32\shdoclc.dll/navcancl.htm and chrome says about:blank. I have no idea what to do. Here is my hijackthis file:

i did go to the malware forum and after they cleaned up my pc. they told me to go back here!
