Rootkits and trojans on PC

Hi my Mothers PC has the following
rootkit.win32.clbd.jg
trojan-downloader. win 32.agent.abtf
backdoor.win32.agent.qqh
backdoor.win32.agent.small.acri


she has bit defender pro antivirus now, after user norton. bit defender picked all these up plus av2009 ans several others. all were deleted except top 4 listed above. her pc is seriously slow and sometimes unresponsive. I was able to run HJT on her pc but had to save to disk and bring home to see if someone could please guide me from here. If anyone has any suggestions or can use the HJT log please contact me. Thank you.

Please try un-installing all the live protecting softwares (including Antivirus\Firewall\Spyware programs)

Then continue to here:

If you do not have any Symantec (or Norton) products installed
Please run the Norton Removal Tool, from h e r e
Then Restart
This will stop it tying to update on every system startup

I am hoping another member may pick up reading the HJT log for you
Reading and providing advice on these logs, is extremely time consuming, and sadly I cannot follow through with this.
The original reply made by me was to hopefully get your computer back to safer state than was previously

do you know if there is another spot I could put my logs on here, or just hope some1 comes upon them?
