Router Ports

  1. Ummmm ok so I play this game called Warcraft 3 and there these games called "Custom Games" where people can play on custom made maps. Anyways I use to be able to host these maps but now I can't. I have opened ports 6112 to 6119 on my windows firewall, and I am pretty sure I don't have another firewall. Which is why I am wondering how I can open ports on my router. My router model is Encore ENH908-NWY. I tried port forward but it wasn't there.

    This is a switch and not a router. There is absolutely nothing you can configure in that.

    Nodsu is right, switch is a level below a router so you won't find there port forwarding. Are you absolutely sure your windows firewall remembers the required ports?

    Anyway, can you play other maps? Maybe it's an incompatibility issue - does everyone share this map? I'm not sure if I understood well, you can't host at all right?
