Runtime Error R6034 Microsoft Visual C++

I am running Windows 7 home premium and on startup I am getting the R6034 error message.
I have been able to continue working, but wonder if I can resolve this.

Yes, error R6304 still shows when system starts up.

Also quite a few instances of websites "not responding" and Internet Explorer not responding

Just had "Interactive Services Detection
Message title:
Program path:

5b64144cc ......" went to desktop, message window vanished before I could note full path.

What antivirus program are you using?

Avast.

I uninstalled iTunes as some references came up when searching to problems related to R6034.

Still have error

Uninstall Avast completely and install MSE:

See if this stops the error...
