Screens freeze in blank going to full screen

I have a triple monitor setup.

When I start any full screen application all my 3 screens goes blank
for about 1-2 minutes (when I start/exit/tab this happens)

I have tried just using 1 monitor but the problem still remains

I uninstalled the entire amd ccc suite + graphics drivers and reinstalled
The problem was gone but reappeared for no reason while I was play a game
and now wont go away

I've also been having a lot of issues with the .net framework suite
Anyone has any idea what can be causing this?
A lot of google searches found me nothing :/

Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit
amd HD 5850 ASUS
