4) no Tracking Cookie/ad/banner protection
-any recommendations? Does SpyBot do this, or MSE?

Tracking Cookies are 3rd party Cookies- as far as I know, all browsers have this capabilities. I left the reset for Chrome:
For Chrome: Tools> Options> Under The Hood> Privacy Section> CHECK 'Restrict how third party Cookies can be used'> Close.
(First-party and third-party cookies can be set by the website you're visiting and websites that have items embedded in the website you're visiting. But when you next visit the website, only first-party cookie information is sent to the website. Third-party cookie information isn't sent back to the websites that originally set the third-party cookies.)

To use Spybot S&D:
  1. Open the program> click the "Tools" tab at the lower-left side of the screen.
  2. Click the check boxes at the right side of the window labeled "Resident SD Helper" and "Resident Teatimer."
  3. Click the Spybot icon at the upper-left corner to return to the main menu.
  4. Click "Update" and then click "Download" to check for the latest adware updates.
  5. Click "Immunize." Wait for the program to finish searching for new immunization techniques.
  6. Select the "Immunize Now" option to block any adware programs from loading in your Web browser.
  7. Click the "Check for Problems" icon to search for any adware already installed on your computer.
  8. Click "Remove Problems" to delete any adware that the program detects.

Keep in mind:
The exact options you need to click to block adware from your computer vary with each anti-adware program. Your Web browser must be closed when you update the program's immunizations. Remember to search for new updates and immunizations every week to always block the latest adware making its rounds on the Internet.

Do you still have the redirect?

Still lots of problems

Updated the cookie settings previously, will make SpyBot updates as recommended. However, still have redirect issue and issue with unplanned audio feed kicking off at will. Not sure we're really making any progress on the root problems here.

Holiday Notice! I will not be working on the threads Sat. Dec. 24 or Sunday Dec. 25. I will begin with the oldest threads first on Monday. I will do my best to get you finished or as far along as I can before that. Please do not send a PM during those days.
