Services shut down,everything restricted,spyware suspected as culprit

    Recently,all of my services have been shut down,most of them can not be turned back on becuase each is dependent of the other and i have no idea which is dependent on which. (try to understand that ;))

    Without these services i cannot do anything,defrag,check sys info,etc.

    What turned them off? And what order do i go about turning them back on in,for example what service is diskeeper dependent on?
