My PC says a shared drive is full and I spent a few hours yesterday deleting and zipping files; but this morning it still says it is full.

I attach screenshot from treesize – not sure why bottom-left says H: has 21% free but pie-chart says 99%.

In Windows Explorer, right-clicking on the drive shows 321gb free and 1.18tb used (which I think are the same figures as before my mammoth file deletion exercise yesterday).

Windows Explorer shows recycle bin as empty.

Looks like the server sharing the drive has a quota on it. Go to the server & change your users quota to give yourself more storage. Hope this helps, take care!
