Solved Sirefef AH and R infection

Yea its running fine now. BTW I did a complete scan using Malware Bytes and it found this:

C:\FRST\Quarantine\784b6b0.exe (Trojan.Lameshield) -> No action taken.
C:\FRST\Quarantine\dfsc.sys (Rootkit.0Access) -> No action taken.
C:\_OTL\MovedFiles\07082012_160222\C_\FRST\Quarantine\Desktop.ini (Trojan.0access) -> No action taken.
C:\Windows\winsxs\x86_microsoft-windows-dfsclient_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.17514_none_89a197c9445dfde9\dfsc.sys (Rootkit.0Access) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.


What software would you recommend I buy to prevent Malware? Which one is the best?
