Slow internet, warnings in device manager

I have had really slow internet the last 2 days, and I just noticed all these exclamation marks in device manager. Could there be a link? Here is where I am seeing the exclamation marks, under NETWORK ADAPTERS

Nortel IPSECSHM Adapter – Bandwidth Controller kernel component

SMC2862W-G EZ Connect g 2.4GHz 802.11g Wireless USB 2.0 Adapter – Bandwidth Controller kernal component

VIA Rhine II Fast Ethernet Adapter

WAN Miniport (IP) – Bandwidth Controller kernal component

And also this one under SCSI AND RAID CONTROLLERS

SCSI/RAID Host Controller
