Slow reboot and error message

It reboot very slowly, and after rebooting, a pop message displays, saying,, {the application or DLL C:\DOCUME- 1\ Network-1\ntl.dll is not a valid windows image. please check this against your installation diskette.]
Also, the START MENU BAR is longer showing .

It sounds like you may be infected. Please go to our Virus and Malware Removal forum, read the UPDTED 8 Step sticky, follow the steps and then post on that forum with the required logs attached.
