Inactive Some Virus/Malware that is hiding files. (help)

First time poster, so lets see how this goes..

I won't bore you all with too much background -- I'm running an ASUS UXV50 right now (It's my step dad's) and trying to fix it. I dunno what the heck he did to it, but its in rough shape.

Regardless, my OS is Vista if that matters and the HJT log should be attached..

The virus has previously removed my ability to open task manager, but I went through regedit to get that power back. Still however I cannot view anything on the hard drive (They're hidden) and the desktop is black. The icons are also "hidden" as well.

Any help or advice? Can anyone cross check the HJT file and tell me what I need to close and uninstall/remove?

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.

Please, observe following rules:
