A friend of my has one and while she is playing World of Warcraft it Randomly it would Blue Screen of Death, another friend had her increase the Virtual Memeory so it would run better, then had her run a program called Freeram. It got a little better, meaning it freezes instead of Blue Screen. The oddest part though is it say it has 504mb of RAM. We think the RAM is going but not sure. Any Suggestions?

That laptop comes with 512MB memory. As it has integrated graphics, you have to deduct whatever memory the graphics chip is using (8MB in this case).
That lappy can take up to 2GB memory. Increasing from 512MB to 1GB is much better than messing with the VM, or using space-wasters such as Freeram.
