Follow this similar steps, for only first two steps. http://www.usproxy.tv/setup.html

You can chose to put your proxy stuff in there, or you can set it as no proxy, but remember to check the box of "Automatically detect settings".

I have had the problem for 6 months.

Right click on the Internet Access symbol at the bottom of the screen.

It will ask if you want the problem fixed - say yes

Then it disconnects the "automatically connected" toggle and the internet accesses.

The problem is that the fix is sporatic and not permanent.

In my home with my own wifi it is strong and permanently connected.

But at a Starbucks with ATT provider it is sporatic.

At a Starbucks with a Google internet connection - it is solid and goes forever.

So it has something to do with the router connecting to my computer. I thin it is definitely not Microsoft.
It is all a Sony problem because when the signal is near and strong. All is ok.

When the signal is weak and distant - good luck
