    I`m really sorry duffguy, but 39 replies to something that should`ve been so simple is, over the top.

    If you are not cofident in sorting your problem out, may I suggest that you take your computer to someone whome is experienced enough to deal with your problem.

    Please don`t take offence, as it is not intended.

    I don`t know what else I can tell you to make things better.
