    I have bad news My internet just got cut out and when i tried to restart it it got stuck on the logging off screen

    What exactly were you doing?
    Logging off screen? Push the power button to turn it off.

    ok soo i was using the internet and it stoped working everything said every internet wise
    sooo i clicked shut down
    it goes logging off but never did and it didnt worl

    1. What did you decide to uninstall? McAfee, or MSE?
    2. I need QuickStartup log.

    ...and that's about it. I'm not planning on spending a whole night in your thread, because you're doing some other things, than I ask you to do.

    Your computer is clean, all unneeded startups removed.
