Inactive Spyware wallpaper and constant restarting

Today my Asus X58L laptop restarted itself after a blue screen with white writing flashed up briefly (didnt get a chance to read it) and once it had restarted I logged back on and my wallpaper had changed to a blue screen saying something about 'YOU HAVE SPYWARE' in red writing along with other pieces of writing but I didnt get a chance to read because the previous blue screen came back on and restarted and it keeps doing this, I can only acces my laptop via safe mode. How can I fix the restarting and wallpaper?
