SQL Server 2005 Error

hi! I'm new in this company (1st job) where i'm working... the past administrator has gone AWOL w/o leaving any documentation of all IT configurations (network, servers, etc...) id don't even know the passwords of the servers tsk tsk.

PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS ERROR IN SQL 2005 (9.00.1406.00 RTM SE)
