whenever i try to open my cdrw drive it never opens unless i sit there 10-20 mins jus pressing eject button over and over. If i put a cd, it does recognise it and when i even eject to remove the cd it works but then when i close the drive again the same problem begins it refuses to open.. thanks in advance

Using a straightened paperclip, push it gently into the tiny hole somewhere on the front of your CDRW. Keep pushing until the tray comes out far enough to grab it.
But I think the mechanism is faulty. Replace it, CDRWs are cheap.
