I don't know free AVs too well. I've been using NOD32 for years, and wouldn't go back. People seem to praise Avast as much as they do AVG though.

Between Avast and NOD32 which one is better?

but what version of NOD32 do you use? Business Edition or Home Edition?

There aren't two seperate editions from what I can see. The "Business" option allows you to buy a bundle package of their software. Unless you want to buy 5, 10, or 15 copies, it'd be wise to go with "Home & Home Office".

    Before I order a copy of NOD32...
I have a couple of questions.
First - Are you sure it's AVG thats causing it?
Second - How do you know it's AVG thats causing it? Because after it reboots I get an error report and I send it and it says that it's a "Device Driver" thats cause it. :

Third - If it is a Device Driver. Then what Device Driver is causing that?

No, I'm not 100% sure of anything and I'm not about to give you a personal guarantee (in fact, I'm not even too great at reading minidumps). I suggest that you uninstall AVG for a short length of time to see if it helps, just don't visit any questionable sites and you'll be fine. I wouldn't buy NOD32 until you've resolved this.

These errors are commonly caused by either device drivers, faulty RAM, or in one way or another antivirus software. The first minidump revealed this:

    "Probably caused by : avg7rsxp.sys ( avg7rsxp+17df )"

You should probably uninstall AVG and test your RAM with Memtest86. If that doesn't get you anywhere then things have at least been narrowed down.

So it turns out it was my RAM and not my AVG I changed the RAM and it stopped stopping and restarting.

    Good news :).
