Thank You Broni, computer is working great running Secunia PSI right now.
Out of curiosity for the future, if I format my hard drive and clean install windows will it remove these malicious rootkits as well or can they find a way to survive that (I assume with a full wipe they can't, then again I never realized how aggressive they are).
 
To answer your question, yes if you format hard drive it'll get rid of any rootkit.
On a side note - those recovery disks provided by computer manufacturers do NOT format hard drive.
