    not enough memory

My mother 'n' law purchased a sylvania mp3 player 3 months ago with 945mb of memory. She currently has used up ~300mb with 70 songs, but is unable to add anymore. The error message stating that there is not enough room continues to pop up. How can we fix this?

It depends on the model of your MP3 player can accept video, and you can find out what video formats are acceptable to the player in the owners manual

OMG!!! I have had several MP3 players. And this by far has to be the most complicated one yet. My son received a Sylvania Video MP3 player for Christmas. I have tried and tried and tried to figure this thing out and I'm truly stressed out.... It came with a small pc down loadable disk. Well it won't download nothing but, the user manual. It does not download any more info than the video info. I just want to be able to access music! Uh I just want to be able to search music on the intro.net and download to the MP3! How freakin hard can that be. It is compatible with windows vista. But, when I try to download the disk it says. Will not download with out windows 98. How old school! What can I do????? I think I just need to send this back. Zen is so much better!

    Um ok!

So after I finally figured out how to download music to my video music mp3. It's downloading it to the navigation file instead of the music file! What the heck do I do now?

Just got a 2G Sylvania mp3 video player and It says on the back of the case that it can play wma type music. Well I spent Hours coping music fom CD's on to Widows media and then copying them to the player. But when I tried to play them I get a "File Format Error!" message.
MP3's are workinking fine. But I need to know whats up with the wma music files ( and any solutions that may not invole redownloding all those CD's)

Go to Windows Update. You should find it in your All Programs list, and download and install all the updates. There may be quite a few. If you are running XP it will need to be updated to Service Pack 3
