System continuously crashes when installing operating system

At what point in the installation does it crash. Like, what does it say it's installing on the screen when it crashes?

i dont really know, i just tried again and it stopped crashing... technology these days.

i have another question, this time its about my ipod, i know this is a pc tech forum, but do you have any idea how to fix the click wheel of a ipod nano second generation? everything works except the play and menu buttons.
