System files integrity check and repair -> error code: 0x45d

I've been having trouble starting my Dell laptop since yesterday morning. It was fine the previous night. It seems like there it may have something to do with the hard drive. When I run diagnostics or startup repair it does not show the hard drive but shows a different drive below it in "S01" I think. I'm running Windows 7 (64). Any help would be greatly appreciated =]
