  1. Please help.....
    I am getting bellow error frequently, when i start my laptop after 1 or 2 min blue screen appears and it get restarted ...
    My system spec:
    Intel Core2 Duo , Ram =3GB
    2.2Ghz, 4mb L2 cache, T7500

    I have installed Ccleaner , which start running as window open. So those files got purge from that location. Now i have changed the setting of Ccleaner from automatic start to mannual. So that i get dump file if such issue happen .

    I am not able to perform the action mentioned in the link.
    1) i am not able to find the location in cd
    2) I found WUAUCLT.EXE-399A8E72.pf file in window/prefetch
    3) link suggest the following

    "This article was written about products for which Microsoft no longer offers support. Therefore, this article is offered "as is" and will no longer be updated."

    Please advise

    click expand file
    file to restore = wuauclt.exe
    restore from = C:\Windows\ServicePackFiles\i386
    save file in = C:\Windows\System32
    click expand

    Again i got the same error. I had perform the step what CCt had asked me to do.

    Please run Memtest on your Ram
    And confirm all your Device Drivers are up to date
