Go to Start->Control Panel->System->Hardware->Device Manager
and look for yellow or red flags that might indicate a problem with a failed component or a driver.
If there, you should go to the Toshiba Website for that model, and download the latest driver... or to the maker of the component that is failing.
Download the driver to a location you know, then remove or disable the existing driver. Once that is done, install the newly downloaded driver.
