Haven't noticed any further symptoms.
Question: I have an external hard drive where I'd backed up my hard drive. I don't know if that backup was made before or after I got the virus. A number of infected files (from the AppData folder) on my computer were deleted during the cleaning process. Are these deleted files going to affect program functionality and is it advisable to replace them from the backup external hard drive? How would I know that the external hard drive is clean? Or would it be better to reformat my external drive and back up the current contents of my computer?
