My computer wiz of a brother moved across country! Im not a computer wiz but can follow instructions well! IF anyone would like to guide me in the right direction I would appreciate it! thank you!

He can get wireless signal, and at times access the internet for a few minutes, then he is booted again! My brother suggested we install Chrome for him, did so last night! Now I receive messages server cant be found, bc the DNS lookup failed!

    It's not a browser issue - - it's the TCP settings

get a command prompt (btw which version of windows?)

    enter IPCONFIG /ALL >myTCP.txt

on your follow-up, attach the file myTCP.txt

Huh? If the DNS is wrong or not configured, those add-ons and subscriptions are worthless.
