Inactive Trouble with XP Security 2011 - Can not get rid of it!

Hi all,
I have had this problem now for about 5 days and it has progressively gotten worse. Now I cant even access the internet, it blocks me. I have tried looking into removing it but now am worried that it will make things worse. Any help from Broni would be great.

All required logs have to be PASTED.

If some log exceeds 50,000 characters, split it between couple of posts.

Hi Broni,
I decided i would do a clean installation (its good because it was a good reason to the wife to get windows 7....shhhh).
Everything is running smooth again. Thanks Broni
