    i get a error every time i open it does it mea i need a new card?

    the error sais: GTAIV FATAL ERROR: DD3D50

    You need a video card. You have an integrated card that will not allow the game to run.

    gta4 will not play very well on that system just to warn ya it might lag pretty bad.

    GTA4 will not run at all on that system. It requires a quad-core to run right because of the wretched port job they did and a single core 1.6 GHz isn't even ballpark for this. I can't run it either and neither can most people unless they at least have a dual-core and modern video card on PCI-e.
