    Help!

A friend deleted his ISP software and can't recover/restore it. It's not in the recycle bin and system restore didn't find any 'changes'. How do you recover a 'deleted' file that's not in the recycle bin? He's running Windows ME.

    Thanks,

    Mark

There are a number of applications that do what you are after. Unfortunately, none are free. This site will help ... http://www.r-tt.com/?GGLAW010 .... If you have an option under the Option Menu (F8 at startup) to restore back to a certain date prior to the deletion, you might have success from there.

The easiest way to get around this is to conact his ISP and get a new CD. I'm sure they will gladly give you one for free.
