Inactive Unexplained loss of disk space&many files named 26133viruszb59, etc

i have been having multiple issues such as unexplained loss of disk space and programs crashing. Sometimes its so bad all I can do is turn it off, gut if I push the power button, it only puts my computer on standby, I have to unplug it for at least 10 seconds to turn off and restart it. I noticed hundreds of strange files in my windows and systems32 folders with names like 26133viruszb59 and 3z19hacktool359.ocx, 3z96thief2435.dll. All with names including words like virus, backdoor, spyware, etc. could these files be causing some of the problems, and if so, what do I do? I've followed the 8steps and will post my logs. thanks.
