Unidentified network (or the yellow triangle with an exclamation on it)

  1. Everytime i boot up my computer there's this yellow triangle exclamation in the taskbar saying Unidentified network and i cannot access the net unless i go to cmd and type ipconfig /release then /renew, sometimes it does not work. (Everytime i want to access the internet, i always have to do that)

    I did clean out other unwanted files in my comp(detected by eset) But still the problem persists. I am on safe mode.

    Edit:
    I did ipconfig /release and /renew in normal mode and it worked(sometimes it wouldn't work though)

    Are there any yellow exclamation points in the device manager? What is this a desktop or laptop. Can you supply specs for this computer?
