Inactive Unusual amount of recieved bytes in internet connection

hello,
recently my internet conection got really slow. I tried to run several malware and antivirus and nthing was found.
today I opened my internet connection window and got unusual result:
the amount of recieved bytes was EXTREME (70,000,000 in 1 hour!)
can anyone explain or help me with this?
