Upload speed higher than my download speed...

  1. So, I've always kind of had this issue (not something really new). However, after testing my wife's PC to see if it were a router issue or something, I realized I'm in a bad spot. My speed test had my D/L at like .6 Mbps and my U/L at like 1.14. Both spiked during the test around 2.0. Comparing to my wife's PC when I did the test was 14.2Mbps D/L and 3.22 Mbps U/L. Her PC has the hard line into it, while mine is directly connected to the router. The provider goes through her PC, etc.

    Is there some tests I could do to find out if it's 1.) My PC 2.) My Router or 3.) Just some settings.

    Interesting thing, I refreshed my net and restarted my PC, and it was peaking at 322.5KBps, but now it's back down to like 10-20KBps (at least when d/l from steam).
