Video driver causes machine to dump and reboot

  1. I have a ASRock G31M-S Motherboard. My system has started to randomly dump and reboot. I have tried downloading and installing most recent drivers available from ASRock site, as well as all other hardware, Scanning for file system corruption and viruses, etc. I think I have isolated the issue to the video accelerators in that I have turned them all off and I have not experienced the issue since.
I will include the information from one of the dumps below. I am at my wits end, how do I correct the issue so I can turn the accelerators back on and put an end to the issue?

I have attached a file "error.txt" containing the various logs genetartyed from the dump.

    Thank you in advance
