no it's not good!can you find for me a good driver?

Your motherboard contians Embedded 3D Ultra AGP VGA / Integrated Real256TM 2D/3D Graphics Accelerator. Unfortunately I have not been able to find any suitable driver for your vga; as soon as i find something of use; i'll let you know.

Asus P4SDR-VM have the same VGA as your matsonic; so try that link enter P4SDR-VM in the first line of search box (located on the left side towards the top of the page) and click search. It will then ask you for selection of OS; select you OS, and click on search again. From resulting page download the vga drivers. I am hoping they will work for you as well. Goodluck

You have quite an old unpopular VGA, whatever game you want to play may not support it.

Well this is the best i can do, go to P4SDR-VM site.

Ref Picture 1: Type in the Download box P4SDR-VM as illusted in the picture and click on search.
Ref Picture 2: Select the search result as shown in this picture.
Ref Picture 3: Select your operating system and click search again.
Ref Picture 4: Click on VGA, then click on the Global DLM (blue icon) or Global (green icon) it will take you to download of the required file.
