    You need to provide the motherboard chipset information for the correct download

    NOTE:
    Posting the AUDIO dxdiag doesn't help in trying to locate a VIDEO driver

    What does this tell you - the bold and underlined entry. ?
    You are not providing any useful information in locating the right driver set.
    System name ? System model ? If not prebuilt, then who is the the motherboard manufacturer and the model name?
    Judging from what little info you have provided I'd hazard a guess and say the chipset is SiS -if that is the case then go here

    Download CPUZ , unzip it and run the cpuz program, it will tell you which processor, motherboard and memory type your system has.
