Inactive Virtual memory always running low, This is my HJT log file

I'm having a huge problem with virtual memory always running low, I use disk clean up at least twice a day. Thank you for any help.

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.

Just got your message and I'm about to start doing what you suggested. Very nice meeting you. and thank in advance for any help. I'm not very smart when it comes to issues making my computer run slow except I do know to many people just feel free to set down in front of it when they want to and do whatever. Especially my dear dear son.
