Virus that disabled task manager and registry editing

  1. my computer was infected by the virus that disabled task manager and registry editing so i formatted all the drives then i installed a fresh copy of windows xp sp2 but the bad surprise that the task manager and registry editing is still disabled
    plz help me to solve this problem

    Please follow the steps HERE.

    When finished, post the logs for review.

    Depending the source of the copy your used for the reinstall, either it is infected or possibly not a legitimate copy or there is some system problem causing this. If is also possible that you put infected files back on the system and reinfected it.
