try reverting back to the last restore point and we'll unistall some of the tools and see if that helps.

XP System restore.
???????????? Hows that gonna help. I think i might as well do a clean re-install otherwise i could be at this for days. I didn't want to do that because it's a bind and i'm worried about reinstalling the same problems (if thats avoidable i don't know how).
