    Well i seemed to have fixed the problem. It seems that the ram fan that came with my memory was shorting out my ram for some reason. Since I have taken it off there have been no problems. Thanks for the help guys it was much appreciated. I would still like help, however, with the memory latency issue and overclocking help if you could. Thanks again.
