    -Memtest results were good
    -chkdsk results were fine
-re-installed fresh Vista ultimate - no luck
-switched RAM around (but didnt replace)
-I have a super clean, brand new Asus mobo/hdd/ati4870/OCZram/core i7 system
-looked everywhere and this problem seems to have many causes and I cant figure out specifically whats causing it in my case.
    -very frustrated

I cant read minidumps very well. I like to consider myself tech savvy, but I need advice from someone who's obviously smarter than me. I appreciate it greatly!
