Web design problem with Firefox

  1. My extremely simple website doesn't work in firefox. It pops up as html code on screen instead of the formatting it ought to be.
Furthermore, when I view source with IE the code looks good, but when I view it with FF it looks like gibberish.
Now, my knowledge level is pretty low, so according to me the code looks just fine. Either I don't know enough to see the problem, I'm just being lazy, or something mysterious is going on with firefox.

    code resides at: http://raptor.slc.edu/~jmccharen/jenny/index1.html

    I would appreciate any help.

    From Firefox:
The server made a boo boo; chances are it's your fault.

    From IE: page not found

    Now what?
