Not Black Friday (since it's not celebrated here), more like Sunny Sunday, but we did manage to buy two Wii consoles for family members at a really good special deal price (that's still higher than the normal US price).

lol I was pretty broke this year, so I stayed home, slept until 10:30 :D. I didn't really see anything in the adds around here that were worth getting up extra earlier for that I could have afforded.

I got in on some nice combo deals at newegg, but didn't go through with their 10% cashback after I found out it was run by Bing and I had to sign up for 3rd party stuff. Other than that, slept in, didn't really worry about the doorbuster deals anywhere, and picked up an ipod touch at best buy with the $30 gift card that came with. A rather uneventful Black Friday this year for me.

My girls made out like bandits! Got my 2 year old an iPod Touch 8GB and my 5 year old a Nintendo DSi with the Brain+Accessories package. Also a pink DSi jewelry case and a few DSi games. Both got several Wii games & accessories (nerf guns, etc.) and each got a scooter. My 2 year old got a motorized tricycle/powerwheel thingy as well. Got some board games and some kids DVDs for them also. I got several bluray movies for $8-10 each. Toys R Us was an absolute madhouse but they got a huge chunk of money from me on BF.

I bought Call of duty : Modern Warfare 2 :p im liking it a lot (maps , gameplay but not the iwnet and player cap) from www.gamepood.ee , u may call it luck but i got my original copy of MW2 for only 22$ :D

Lucked out and got an Acer for $400. Heard afterwards that some people had their orders canceled because Newegg oversold. luckily I wasn't one of them. whew!
